PAI IS
MADE BY PAI
Good for us
Owning every step of the journey – from sourcing all of our organic ingredients and obsessing about how they're stored, to how each product is packaged – means we have full creative control as well as responsibility. It means we can adapt and iterate in whatever way necessary to be the best we can, from upping our sustainability commitments to improving the customer experience based on your feedback.
“Manufacturing is an amazingly creative endeavour and a bit of a lost art in our industry. Coming up with the concept, bringing it to life, producing it and then shipping it out your door – all under one roof – is so fulfilling. When we create a new product, every single team member has contributed to that in some way and that is something very special. That collective creation where you have visibility of every step of the process, that level of care and attention is for me, where the magic is.”
- Sarah Brown, Pai’s Founder
Good for you
Importantly, this end-to-end control over our products benefits our customers, too. It’s allowed us to launch Pai Labs, an incubator hub where our chemists can respond to trends and customer requests at speed. It also means that we can 100% guarantee that the products we send out are of the absolute highest quality, and pass our certifying bodies’ strict criteria. In short? You can trust what’s in the bottle, and have a say in what comes next.
“Organic products on average cost 1000% more to produce. So this is where certifications are so important. Customers need to know that they’re getting what they think they're getting. And that someone is checking.”

Goodness built in
Making our own products is part of who we are. Our ingredients are expensive, beautifully grown and extracted – and crucial to the product efficacy that we’re so very proud of. So it’s no wonder we want full control.
But it’s not just down to us. We’re also accredited by COSMOS and Soil Association, The Vegan Society, Cruelty Free International and ISO 22716, to certify that we stick to the highest organic and ethical standards.
And it’s about so much more than just how ingredients are grown. It’s about how the farmers are treated, what happens to ingredients when they go into our waterways, ensuring we’re not using endangered plants, and even rules on excess packaging.
Kitemarks like these have a big impact on our manufacturing process too. Those accreditations come with third party checks and annual inspections, requiring detailed production records and traceability paperwork. But it’s as important to us as it is to you.
